As per feedback we have added a notice within our messaging area - all messages disappear at 7 days, so if you in the process of an order, it is advised to take an email address as a second point of contact & don't forget to use the Enquiries/Order area to view updates. For safety it's best not to move off site until you've had payment for a service from a buyer 💜

To create a new order you can simply "Post an offer" & then ask your buyer to click "I'm Interested" this way both parties can keep track of each order placed. We've had feedback that this works well 💜

Open links within messages on EDUK by doing the following - 1. Hold your finger (or mouse button) on the link 2. It should then highlight the whole link 3. Once highlighted click open to view 💜

If the members have verification you'll see it there & if requested by the member they are ✔️ Checked by Admin (if it's checked by us access is not really required) 4. If you see the OOPS image - this means the members have no verification photo uploaded & please proceed with caution. We are sorry to hear that you wish to leave EDUK. You can delete your own profile by following these easy steps - Go to your "Account Settings" select "Preferences" scroll down & click on the big red "Delete Profile" box ❤️

Here is how (I'm using android - I'm not sure if this will be the same using an apple) 1. Download these apps that I have pictured here from the app store (its free - but it has adverts) 2. Search for your current mood/occasion for example 3. Then you can download the gif onto your device gallery 4. Once downloaded you can post it on ED the same way as you'd post a normal photo/picture (it should work if the file isn't too big) ❤️

Free & premium members can post to your profile only - this can be because you'd like a little privacy, a secret sale or you'd still like to have an account for free. You can post: 1. Journal posts 2. Create polls. Go to post as usual & you will see the option to post to the social feed or your profile only (see screenshots) 💜

On EDUK you can simply click the "I'm Interested" button on an advert if theirs something you like - this will automatically generate an enquiry to the seller. The seller will then message you directly through EDUK to discuss requirements and payment. Once agreed & paid - you will be able to view the steps of your order within EDUK 💜

Wanting a particular item? 1. Select USED, RETAIL OR GALLERIES 2. go to FILTER ITEMS at the top left 3. Click on the arrows on the right 4. Click on what you'd like to see & UPDATE SEARCH FILTERS 💜

How to add your accepted payments 1. Go to profile options 2. Go to account settings 3. Select "Accepted Treats & Tips" 4. Then add your payment methods ensure you add the whole URL (web link) (we have options to select bank transfer & PayPal - although we don't recommend those as options, it is up to the individual, please see our blog about payment methods) ❤️

We don't use Amazon e vouchers but get asked a lot where to find the URL link to add as a payment option on EDUK - so we found out for you 😊 1. Go to Amazon & search for the e voucher 2. Copy the link 3. Paste the link within EDUK (in Treats, tips, gifts) PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE FULL URL (WEB LINK) including the https: You'll have to give your buyers your email address so you can receive an e voucher to your email account ❤️

Search options on the social feed 💜

If your buyers have paid for gallery access and are struggling to request access to your private galleries - please message us, we will give assistance with this. We can request gallery access on behalf of your buyers with your permission 💜

1.Go to your advert 2. Click the cog wheel at the side 3. Click edit 4. If the item has been sold select "Yes" & click save - see all screenshots here & you'll see how it's done 💜

The "Top Givers and Takers" Leaderboard has been added onto our social feed ! Now you can see more clearly who the top Givers and takers are ! 💜

To amend your pop up & email notifications - 1. Go to your Account Settings 2. Click on Preferences 3. Scroll down to Notifications 4. Make your selections - then click Save Preferences. Please note to check your spam/junk email folder as sometimes notifications may go in there automatically if your email provider marks them as spam ❤️
